This Grief Support Pack helps to support you to heal and shift feelings of grief and sadness so that you can move through the emotions and start to feel better.

1 x Feel Better – 30ml Scent Oil

These Scent Oils are good to use in electronic diffusers and oil burners.  Personally, I use them to place a few drops on my wrist, scarves, and collars to keep the scent with me all day. The bottles have a really handy dropper so you can use the exact amount of oil required.
