Questions and Answers
How easy is it to make?
There are 3 easy steps
1. Melt the Wax in the microwave
2. Prepare the Jar
3. Pour and Chillout

What size refill kits do I need?
Measure the top of the jar’s diameter if it’s between 7-8cms use a Large (350mls),
if it’s between 8-10 cms use XLarge (450mls).

Can I use any jars I currently have?
This depends on the size and shape of the jars. Different jars require different wick sizes becuase if you use a wick too small it will create a tunnel in the middle of the candle and if you use a wick to large, it can get too hot and be dangerous. The safest option is to follow our dimension recommendations in the product descriptions.
What type of wax do you use?
We use EcoSoya Melt wax which is an all-natural soy wax specifically designed for making melts.
It is bio-degradable and vegan friendly, and has been dermatologically tested so it is safe for use on skin. This wax does not contain any palm or paraffin products.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate of $19.95 or free if spent over $150
Are the refill scents strong?
Yes they are powerful, punchy and within minutes of lighting them you’ll get a very strong scent throw.
How do I track my order?
We like to ship the very next day (unless weekend) so when your order is taken to the post office you will recieve a personal sms to your mobile with the tracking link. This also gives you our mobile for direct customer contact.
