Let me share a story with you. For over 50 years, I watched my father grow the most incredible organic tomatoes. Year after year, he dedicated hours to tending his plants in the hothouse, carefully tying their branches with blue string to wooden stakes. He watered them daily, provided fertiliser, and made sure they received just the right amount of light. He protected them from harsh storms, frost, and extreme heat.

The result? Tomatoes so fresh, juicy, and full of flavour that once you tasted them, store-bought tomatoes could never compare. His care and support allowed those plants to thrive, adapting to their environment and producing an abundance of fruit.

Over time, I’ve followed in his footsteps, becoming an avid tomato grower myself. I love sharing my harvest with neighbours, who always rave about the flavour of my tomatoes. One day, as I was supporting the stems of my plants, a thought came to me: “Everything is stronger with support—and we all need it.”

That moment was a revelation. I realised how fortunate I’ve been to have intuitive, insightful mentors in my life who guided me through some of my darkest emotional moments. Their support helped me grow stronger, just like those tomato plants.

Now, it’s my turn to be that support for others. Life can feel overwhelming at times, but with the right guidance and encouragement, you too can adapt, thrive, and reach your full potential. Just like the tomato plant, we all need someone to help us stand tall and weather the storms.
